As of 5/1, your project WIKI page should include the content described below. You should earn at least 10 points during this phase. The next phase, OpenMRS Security Assessment Wiki Assessment Template B, is due 5/4.

Identify Assessment Area Here

Scope

Describe the part of OpenMRS that you are assessing, and what you are assessing about it, in one or two paragraphs. (2 points per useful paragraph, maximum 6 points)

Describe how you installed the part of OpenMRS you are assessing. Give instructions that are specific enough that someone else could carry them out. For example, say "we followed the instructions at http://wiki.openmrs.org/gettting_started.php" instead of "we did a routine install of OpenMRS." If you encountered any difficulties, be very, very specific about how you got around them. We will hopefully use your writing to improve the OpenMRS installation instructions. (2 points per useful paragraph)
